Me-We-Work-World Leadership Framework
ME
Personal or internal aspect of leadership. This point to your own leadership style and career goals, asks you to reflect on your values, attitudes and worldview. It deals with the journey of self-awareness and introspection.
WE
Explores the interpersonal interactions, considering team motivation, the importance of feedback, and ways you can take advantage of your own social network. It offers insight into managing relationships, motivating and influencing teams, and dealing with diversity/ multi-culture in the workplace.
WORK
How you are as a leader can overcome hurdles within the workplace and impact specific areas of influence. This part of the framework aims to examine strategic competencies as well as ways women can add unique value to their work environments and manage effective change in organizations.
WORLD
How you can contribute to women’s development and progress within the world. Become a role model for the future generations of young female leaders, take the opportunity to network, and share experiences.
