Within a few months into the role I would realise that such was not enough for a very complex and unique environment. As it is with many positions the job advert does not always unpack the bad and the ugly. I did not only question myself about the move but also realised how much I could not walk that journey on my own.<br> This turned to be the most effective and life changing relationship. Over the years she helped me understand myself, my colleagues and my work environments. It still resonates with me how she opened my eyes for me to have more confidence in my abilities, not to be satisfied with bare minimum in life and challenge things if they are unclear / wrong (be a woman with a voice).”
